The way managers lead the company seems to be the best of any described “industry’s best practice example”, because they think their company is different and unique. This is true. Nevertheless, printing is just like any other kind of business where economic rules and financial logic works the same way, as well as the secrets of success in the market are the same: be different, be concentrated, be purposeful and nobody can stop you on your way to prosperity. In reality it is much more difficult to stick with these key principles, because human nature is curios and it tends to explore new spheres, but not to limit itself on small things and continuous improvement.
Companies usually do not suffer from lack of ideas about business expansion, but rather from lack of concentration.
